Welcome to Southern Crust and Crumble.
By accessing or purchasing from our bakery, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Information Southern Crust and Crumble operates as a cottage food business under South Carolina law. Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen and are not subject to state inspection, except as required by law.
Ordering and Payment All orders must be placed through our official channels: [website, phone, email, etc.]. Payment is due upon delivery of you order. If your order is over $20, 50% is due upon confirmation and the remained is due upon delivery. If it less than $20 than the full amount is due upon delivery. Deposits are fully refundable within 12 hours of confirmation of order, after that all deposits are non refundable.
We accept cash, venmo, cash app and credit cards. Credit cards are subject to a processing fee equal to that of the fee required by the Square processing system. No profit will be gained from processing fees.
Pickup times and locations will be arranged at the time of ordering and confirmed in the order confirmation email. Delivery options are available within 25 miles for free and for every 10 miles outside of that for an additional $15 fee. May be waved if coupled with other deliveries. Late pickups or missed deliveries may result in additional charges. Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery or 12 hours after confirmation for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items to discuss potential remedies. Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers must disclose any allergies when placing an order. Southern Crust and Crumble shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, traffic, governmental actions, pandemics, power outages, or other unforeseen events. By placing an order, the client agrees to hold Southern Crust and Crumble harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from such circumstances. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of written notice from one party to the other, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Charleston, South Carolina before a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the [American Arbitration Association (AAA)] or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in Charleston, South Carolina, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the dispute resolution process unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent. If such modification is not possible, the provision will be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
Intellectual Property All content, including logos, recipes, and images, are the property of Southern Crust and Crumble and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability Southern Crust and Crumble is not liable for any damages arising from the consumption of our products beyond the purchase price of the goods.
Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Contact Information
